1. Passports of all guests (including children and infants) must be submitted ahead of your stay to comply with Dubai Tourism Rules and Regulations, if passports are not submitted then check-in will not be allowed.
2. Maximum of up to 5 visitors for villas and 2 visitors in apartments. passport copies must be provided to bookings@luxholidayhome.com for us to then forward them to security, if not provided security will not allow them to enter the frond at the main gate. Please note no passports sent after 6pm will be registered until the following day. Guests will not be allowed to enter the villa after 9:45 pm so please ensure you remind your guests to arrive before the cut-off. Any violation of these visitor rules will mean the full surrender of your security deposit, and eviction from the villa with no refund for the remaining nights. Security takes the visitor procedure very seriously.
3. Guest must be 21 years old and above to check-in. or must be accompanied by legal guardian.
4. Treat the property as if it were your own home.
5. Keep the property clean and tidy.
6. Report any problem to us immediately – this is primarily for your safety.
7. Keep all windows and balcony doors closed when not in the property.
8. Switch off lights when not in use.
9. Leave all the appliances plugged in as you found them.
10. Leave the property as you found it upon departure.
11. Don’t smoke inside the property. If the smell of smoke is detectable in the property, a non-negotiable penalty AED1000 will be charged to fumigate the property.
12. Don’t throw cigarette butts, lit cigarettes or any rubbish off your balcony or out of your windows.
13. Don’t throw trash anywhere apart from the bins, and then when they are full, into the trash chute located on your floor.
14. Don’t hold any parties or events.
15. Don’t bring pets into the property without explicit permission from us prior to your stay. 16. Don’t disturb the neighbours.
17. Don’t engage in any illegal activities that could be seen as distasteful or disrespectful to local practices.
18. All damages reported by housekeeping, including stained towels/ linens caused by misusage, will be automatically deducted to your security deposit. Please handle all items with care.
19. Don’t give the key or access card to anyone who is not a Checked In guest staying in the property. Non-negotiable penalty of AED 500 for each lost access card or AED 250 key to cover the cost of replacement.
20. Don’t wash any of the linen or towels from the apartment during your stay.
21. Guests will be provided with one hand towel and one bath towel each. Additional towels can be requested at extra cost.
22. Additional housekeeping services are available on request at an additional charge.
23. Early Check In and late Check Out may be possible subject to availability at an additional cost.
24. Please note that we advertise our TV packages as a standard, not including any additional channels, please do not subscribe to any additional subscriptions. If any new subscriptions are taken our during your stay period you will be charged the subscription price, cancellation charge (from the provider) and a 100 AED service fee from LUX Holiday Home.
25. It is not allowed to refuse the gardener from gardening or cleaning the swimming pool. This will be done daily, to ensure the safety and hygiene of our guests it is vital that the pools are cleaned daily.
26. Any suspicious activity regarding visitors or general apartment use will lead to immediate eviction with no refund nor refund of security deposit.
27. Please be advised all bookings are non-refundable and non transferable.
