This stunning two-bedroom apartment has been considered to create a family atmosphere with a touch of comfort and elegance. The spacious balcony offers a stunning view of The Dubai Marina, and The Palm Jumeriah. The Master bedroom comes with its own en-suite and King Bed, made up of hotel-quality linens while the second bedroom features two twin beds. Please note : The area of Dubai harbour is an amazing new location in Dubai, but is still under development. There is constant construction ongoing in the area, and noise may be heard. The neighborhood EMAAR Beachfront is a private, gated island community on Dubai Harbour. The development is located just off Dubai Marina, between JBR and Palm Jumeirah. Emaar Beachfront is strategically located in proximity to the city’s best malls, restaurants, and yacht clubs. It enjoys easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road enabling residents to conveniently commute to the rest of the city. There is plenty to do in the surrounding areas of the marina, including the Marina Walk, a beachfront paved walkway with 305 outlets and 69 restaurants to keep you entertained — not to mention active, as walking the whole area featuring seven km of the pedestrian walkway will take you a full day!
