Large Carrefour Grocery store in the same Building. This apartment is one of a kind with its NEW Modern furnishings and spacious terrace. 5 min walk to Dubai Marina metro and tram station. Perfect for business trips, travelers or residents that needs a staycation! Please note that the Tower B gym will be closed for upgrades from 11th to 30th November 2024. Residents can use the Tower A gym during this time. We apologize for any noise and appreciate your understanding* Please be informed that corridor improvement work on the 14th floor of Tower B will occur from November 11 to December 11, 2024, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with noisy work between 10 am and 4 pm.
