Upon submission of the requisite documentation, including the Passport, Title Deed, and DEWA Green Bill, we will initiate the application process for the Dubai tourism Permit and third-party liability insurance. Subsequently, we will facilitate the issuance of the move-in permit and proceed with the registration of the owner’s bank details for future rent payments.
